About the position
TV Repair by Meryosab is looking for an engineer to handle diagnostics and component-level repair of TV, monitor, and laptop screens. We value a specialist who doesn't just swap out parts but can pinpoint the root cause of a fault and restore the screen, including work with COF/TAB ribbons, panels, and T-CON boards.
The work takes place in a professional workshop, with a schedule from Monday to Saturday and Sundays off. We offer a monthly salary of 3,000 to 10,000 manat, depending on experience, repair complexity, and quality of outcomes.
We're interested in a long-term partnership and support the engineer's professional growth in panel repair, COF/TAB, screen restoration, and complex electronics.

Responsibilities
- ✓
Conduct diagnostics of TV, monitor, and laptop screens; identify faults in panels, cables, drivers, and control boards.
- ✓
Perform pressing, restoration, and replacement of COF/TAB connections.
- ✓
Diagnose image defects: banding, no image, half screen, distortion, flickering, incorrect colors, vertical and horizontal lines, intermittent image loss.
- ✓
Replace and restore panel cables, as well as LCD/LED panels and screen modules.
- ✓
Work with display-related boards, diagnose and repair T-CON.
- ✓
Troubleshoot power supply and matrix control circuits, check signals and voltages, repair damaged traces and connections.
- ✓
Perform soldering and component-level repair of electronic boards.
- ✓
Disassemble and assemble TVs, monitors, and laptops, perform final inspection and quality control after repairs.

Requirements
- ✓
Have practical knowledge of electronics and understand how LCD/LED panels work.
- ✓
Ability to use a multimeter, lab bench power supply, soldering equipment, and diagnostic tools.
- ✓
Understanding how T-CON boards, matrix cables, and row/column drivers work.
- ✓
Ability to find faults on your own, not just swap parts at random.
- ✓
Careful handling of panels and fragile screen components.
- ✓
Taking repairs from diagnostics to a finished result and standing behind the quality of your work.
- ✓
Keeping your workspace clean and organized.

Terms of Service
- ✓
Working hours: Monday through Saturday, Sunday off, 1-hour lunch break each working day.
- ✓
Work in a professional workshop with televisions, monitors, laptops, and various electronics.

Salary from 3,000 to 10,000 manat per month, determined by experience, repair complexity, quality, and results.
