About the position
We are looking for an experienced computer technician to diagnose, configure, and repair computers and laptops. The role involves working with software, hardware, and peripherals, as well as direct communication with clients.
Key responsibilities include fault diagnosis, installation and configuration of Windows and software, troubleshooting computer and laptop issues, setting up internet, printers, and peripherals, replacing and installing components, and providing technical advice to clients.
